WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may refund or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in new condition. The confirmation of refunds or exchanges is at the discretion of Free Rein upon assessing the condition of the item(s) and the availability of existing stock.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
To initiate a return, simply notify Free Rein via email at hello@free-rein.com.au with your request including your original order number (it will start with SQ).
Then, you will need to send your original order in new condition to Free Rein at: 559 High St, Kew East, VIC, 3102.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING?
Free Rein does not cover the cost of return shipping.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S) FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Simply notify Free Rein via email at hello@free-rein.com.au with your request including your original order number (it will start with SQ).
Once we receive the original item(s) and ensure it’s in suitable condition, your new size will be processed for shipping. An updated email will be sent when the exchanged size ships with tracking information.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN EXCHANGED ITEM?
Free Rein only provides an exchange of an item once.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT FREE REIN ITEM?
Yes, Free Rein will provide you the opportunity to exchange an item for a different item. Though, the difference in price between items will have to be covered by the customer.
