HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

When your order and payment successfully go through, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE SALES TAX?

Our prices do include sales tax. The tax amount will be listed at checkout and included in the final sale amount.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES OT MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Usually, we aren’t able to make changes after the order is placed as we look to process orders immediately. Though, email us at hello@free-rein.com.au and we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
